Training for fighting stress and burnout
A stressed organization often possess the following characteristics:
- many processes and activities that are cut short by some new, more pressing task.
- energy levels that constantly decrease, tiredness and impatience is common.
- people find it harder and harder to identify the reason for their feeling of uneasiness, blaming others is frequent.
- usual thinking is: ‘let’s just be through with it’.
- the belief that ‘things cannot be changed anymore’ deepens.
These symptoms of apathy and burnout can be changed. The first step is recognition, awareness, and defining goals of change. For this we suggest a 2 or 3-day training.

According pre-arrangements we can invite qualified naturopathic practitioner experienced in training, who gives Shiatsu massage and also teaches the participants relaxing and other useful techniques.
It is practical to use the online version of GPOP (Golden Profiler of Personality questionnaire) which is the improved version of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. As each personality type responds differently to stress, stress-avoiding and reducing techniques differ also. GPOP provides descriptions for each personality type and provides a good basis for recognizing and developing the different stress management methods.
We suggest the training to be outside the firm’s premises, in pleasant environment with good service, as these help concentration on the things to be learned. |
