Flow Coaching School

The Flow Coaching School is a series of courses (five compulsory courses and one optional training course) to develop coaching and consulting skills as well as to provide time-tested procedures. The courses are strongly experiential. Between the courses there are opportunities for individual consultation and practice with the trainers.

The program includes four coaching skills development courses (K1, K2, K3, K4) as the core of the program. In addition, two courses are included that teach and entitle you to use questionnaires: Authority Responsibility Power (ARP) Qualification Training and Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP) Qualification Training. Both tools serve as a means to achieve higher level of awareness for the coaches so that they will see their strengths and weaknesses more clearly and define their ways of development. In addition, the results of both the ARP and GPOP questionnaires provide the coach with valuable insight about how the client functions and the clients’ character. The information gained from ARP and GPOP can guide the coach how to structure the coaching process and what to tap to increase the potential of the client.
